Animal Farm is a 30-acre family farm in Orwell, Vermont.
We are certified organic for milk, butter, eggs, and hay and pasture.
Some things you just can’t make up, because someone else already has.

I never heard of certified organic pasture. What’s the alternative, if you raise animals that graze and you want to keep them organic? I guess you have to keep them penned up and feed them store-bought grub? Sounds like a great way to “increase yield” by jamming a jillion cows into a rather unpleasant environment while still being able to say the moo juice is organic.
Why, certified organic is just a little more equal than other forms of pasture.
