Michigan State Wharton Center, 40,000 CCs, Hacker

EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Michigan State University has warned more than 40,000 Wharton Center patrons that a hacker broke into a computer server involved in credit card processing for the performing arts venue. But so far, there has been no indication that credit card data was stolen.
The Wharton Center has a FAQ, “Possible Exposure of Personal Information.”
